Wishtress had me glued to my kindle into the wee hours of the night; I did not want to put this book down! After the first chapter I knew this would be the most addictive read of the year yet. Nadine Brandes reeled me in with her gorgeous prose, amazing, vulnerable characters, and gripping plot. I. Was. Hooked.

Myrthe’s compassion and strength, Bastiaan’s kindness and determination, and of course Runt’s personality. Sweet, snarky child. Protect him at all costs!

BUT. Is there NO SEQUEL?! *dies*
